एक सप्ताह में किसान जमीन देने को राजी नहीं हुए तो एयरपोर्ट जा सकता है हिसार

नोएडा। जेवर व आसपास के गांव वाले किसान जेवर एयरपोर्ट बनाने के लिए जमीन देने को तैयार नजर नहीं आ रहे हैं। उनकी अलग-अलग शर्तों को मान कर प्राधिकरण के अधिकारी भी परेशान हो चुके हैं। पिछले एक महीने से अधिकारी और किसानों के बीच अलग-अलग मुद्दों को लेकर बैठक चल रही है। मगर कोई भी बैठक सफल नहीं हुई है।

यमुना एक्सप्रेस वे प्राधिकरण और जिला प्रशासन की ओर से किसानों से वार्ता कर उन्हें समझाने की पुरजोर कोशिश की जा रही है।

किसानों ने मुआवजे के साथ-साथ विकसित भूखंडों की मांग उठाई है। इसके अलावा सबसे बड़ी मांग है कि उन्हें बढ़ी दरों पर मुआवजा दिया जाए और विकसित भूखंडों को 7 फीसद से 10 फीसद किया जाए। प्राधिकरण पुरजोर कोशिश कर रहा है कि किसानों को मना लें ताकि एयरपोर्ट के चक्कर में आई मल्टीनेशनल कंपनियां यहां बनी रहे। यदि एयरपोर्ट नहीं बना तो यह कंपनियां यहां से वापस जा सकती हैं। इतना ही नहीं इस एयरपोर्ट से दिल्ली के साथ-साथ गौतमबुद्ध नगर, बुलंदशहर, अलीगढ़, मथुरा, आगरा, कासगंज आदि जिलों को भी फायदा पहुंचेगा। अब तक नोएडा से कहीं भी जाने के लिए यदि हवाई जहाज पकडऩा है तो दिल्ली जाना पड़ता और यहां से पहुंचने में पैसों के साथ-साथ काफी समय लगता है। ऊपर से ट्रैफिक जाम हो तो कई-कई घंटे लोगों को गाड़ी में ही इंतजार करना पड़ता है। इस चक्कर में कुछ लोगों की तो फ्लाइट तक छूट जाती है। यदि जेवर एयरपोर्ट बनेगा तो क्षेत्र के विकास में पंख लगेंगे।
एयरपोर्ट के लिए जमीन अधिग्रहण के लिए यमुना एक्सप्रेस वे प्राधिकरण को नोडल एजेंसी के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया लेकिन प्राधिकरण को अब तक किसानों से जमीन नहीं मिल पाई है। प्राधिकरण के ओएसडी शैलेंद्र भाटिया ने बताया कि यदि एक सप्ताह में किसान नहीं मानते हैं तो उनकी मेहनत बेकार हो जाएगी। जितना भी वक्त अलग-अलग विभागों से अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र लेने में लगा है वह भी खराब हो जाएगा। प्राधिकरण 47 एनओसी ली हैं। केवल जमीन लेना बाकी है।
